It is mandatory to fill all the fields marked (*) in red. In case a field is not applicable to you please mention NA (Not Applicable).

Kindly download the attached certificate of service and get it duly filled and signed by Adjutant.

Documents like Current Class Marksheet, Student Aadhar Card, Birth Certificate, Service Certificate in jpeg or PDF format and photograph of Student, Father and Mother in jpeg format must be ready before filling admission form. Only Service Certificate is mandatory.

You are requested to take a printout of the acknowledgement receipt after receiving the confirmation of admission approval from school and check name of the School allotted for admission.
